The water company Aguagest Levante, which covers the region of Valencia, has changed its name to Hidraqua. If you live in this region and receive a bill with the name of the new company, do not be alarmed or worried.
Everything will remain exactly the same as before, and the new company is just as committed to the same ideals and objectives as the previous one.
Customers’ contracts will remain the same, as will the rates they are charged.
The Hidraqua website (www.hidraqua.es) states that the name change is purely an operational procedure and the running, management and operation will stay the same. However, it also promotes the fact that Hidraqua is a forward-thinking company looking to change and modernise in line with today’s environment in business, customers’ requirements and the outside world.
The Hidraqua offices will stay in the same location and the opening hours are as before. The only thing that will change is the number of telephone lines. Hidraqua are dedicated to improving the channels of communication between their offices and their customers and so have endeavoured to increase the number of telephone lines.
As well as the physical offices that the company has, it will still be possible to carry out numerous transactions online through Hidraqua’s virtual office found on their website.
